INFORMATION REGARDING HOSTEL
(ONLY FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO AVAIL HOSTEL FACILITY)

M/s Rajhans Hostels Limited, a private firm, is providing Hostel facility to the FORE School of Management for the last Six years. Since the seats are limited the hostel allotment will be made on first come first served basis. The Hostel Accommodation is very close to the Institute at walking distance.

The monthly rent towards the hostel is (i) 9200/- for AC (ii) 8200/- for Non-AC per month per person on twin sharing basis inclusive of breakfast , dinner and lunch on Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted Holidays.

The payment is to be made in advance for a period of one year beginning June 1, 2012 to May 31, 2013. Three separate Demand Drafts are to be submitted as mentioned below:

• Demand Draft for '1,10,400/- favoring ‘Rajhans Hostels Limited’ payable at New Delhi (in case of '9200/- rent category) and '98,400/- in case of '8200/- rent category.
• Demand Draft for 6500/- favouring ‘Rajhans Hostels Limited” as advance payment towards Electricity (Rs.5000) and Water Charges (Rs.1500) is also to be deposited. However, electricity and water charges payable will be charged as per actual.
• Demand Draft for '5000/- in favour of 'FORE School of Management' payable at New Delhi, as security deposit (refundable).
• Drafts are to be sent to: Hostel In-charge, FORE School of Management, “Adhitam Kendra”, B-18 Qutub Institutional Area, New Delhi-110 016 and NOT (R) NOT to Rajhans Hostels Limited.
• In case of any withdrawal written request should be made on or before 25th May, 2012 otherwise no refund will be made.

Facilities:

• All rooms are double seaters (twin sharing);
• Provision of beds with mattresses;
• Study tables and chairs in every room, partitioned almirahs, fan, fluorescent tubes, attached toilets, balcony, intercom facility and geysers ;
• Reverse Osmosis (RO) system is attached with water cooler to ensure clean drinking water;
• Power back up (a high capacity generator) is provided;
• Dining Hall & Common Room. A television set is provided in the Common Room;
• The Hostel is situated just walking distance from FORE School of Management;
